As in all traditional Ruinart cuvées, Chardonnay plays a leading role in this “R” de Ruinart blend, giving notes of pear alongside apricot and nectarine. It’s delicate in colour and in taste: pair with flavours that are similarly refined, perhaps oysters or scallops, if you’re sitting down to a meal.
